In line with the latest HSE and WHO advice around social distancing, the department has taken the decision to temporarily postpone PPSN and PSC appointment services with immediate effect.
Please note if you do not have a Public Services Card you can apply for the following services with a basic MyGovID on MyWelfare
This MyWelfare service lets you make an appointment to apply for a Public Service Card (PSC) for yourself, your family, or on behalf of a person or a group.
The appointment booking service requires only a basic level account and is open to all users who need to apply a Public Service Card (PSC).
The online service allows you to pick a specific time and place to meet with the department to apply for a Public Service Card.
If a sign language interpretation is required at the meeting, you can indicate this online so that it can be arranged in advance of the meeting.
You can cancel and rearrange your appointment online.
The service provides a calendar view that shows all upcoming appointments.
As per notice above this service is temporarily suspended.
